Shipping & returns
This page explains how we deliver your order, what it costs, and how to return something if you need to.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and where it is going. Any charge is calculated automatically and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Some products carry no delivery charge — for example digital downloads, event bookings and course registrations, which are supplied online.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items promptly once your payment is confirmed. An estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Please allow a little longer for personalised or made-to-order items, and during busy periods. Where you pay by bank transfer, dispatch may begin once your payment has cleared.
Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Kingdom, and internationally where that option is shown at checkout. For overseas deliveries, please note that customs duties and local taxes may be charged on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking your order
You can check the status of your order at any time in the Orders section of your account. Where a tracked service is used, a tracking reference will be included in your dispatch email.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
Returns
If you need to return an item, you may do so within the period and on the conditions set out in our returns policy. In short, eligible goods should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned with proof of purchase. Refunds are made to your original payment method. Some items, such as personalised goods and digital downloads, cannot be returned — please read the policy in full before sending anything back.
